The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) is a council of Abu Dhabi's regulators and industry established to raise the quality of goods circulating in Abu Dhabi's economy and of those that are exported. The council provides protection for consumers and retailers by ensuring that products conform to various health, safety and environmental standards that are set by Abu Dhabi's regulators.
Touchpoints Consulting & Communications were responsible for the Launch of The Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council and for their first campaign informing consumers that they have inspected and verified the weighing scales in Gold & Arabian oud stores.
Solution:
Touchpoints developed a look and feel for the brand campaign and the “Trustmark”. We then launched a trade campaign to retailers and multi-media consumer campaign incorporating: Print, radio, outdoor, in-mall booths, online inviting the audience to “look for the mark that looks after you”
Results
An immediate increase in awareness of The Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council among: Government and private sector stakeholders, retailers and consumers. Over 44,000 people visited the website during the first month of the campaign.
