We are especially expert - and, we'd like to add, personally enthusiastic and interested - in developing initiatives associated with environmental projects.
The team is led by James Duthie, an acknowledged CRM expert with over 20 years experience in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe. James is a guest speaker at many headline events and seminars and a regular contributor to marketing publications.
James founded Touchpoints Consulting & Communications in 2008. Prior to this he founded and grew OgilvyOne in Dubai, producing famous customer engagement programmes for Emirates Skywards, Etisalat More, Gulf Air and American Express Membership Rewards among many others; programmes that won awards and, more importantly, developed mutually profitable partnerships between these brands and their customers.
